At Sea The Spirit Studios, every creation is made with care and intention. We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below for clarity and transparency.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging intact.
Custom commissions, original artwork, and digital downloads are non-refundable, as they are created specifically for you.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at seathespirit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and mailing instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email photos and a description within 7 days of delivery. We will happily replace or repair your item at no additional cost.
Exchanges
